01 Sep (Tuesday) – ISTANBUL (Bosphorus Day Tour)
Breakfast. Full‑day tour starting at the Spice Market. Private Bosphorus cruise, viewing Ottoman mansions and the palaces of Dolmabahçe, Çiragan, Beylerbeyi, and Rumeli Fortress. Lunch included. Visit to Beylerbeyi Palace. Continue to Çamlıca Hill for panoramic views of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. Return to the hotel.
02 Sep (Wednesday) – ISTANBUL → KAYSERI → CAPPADOCIA

03 Sep (Thursday) – CAPPADOCIA (Full Day Tour)
Breakfast. Full‑day tour of the spectacular region of Cappadocia, shaped by volcanic eruptions from Mount Erciyes and Mount Hasan. Visits include:

Early departure to Konya, capital of the Seljuk sultans in the 11th century. Visit to Sultanhan Caravanserai, an important stop on the Silk Road. Visit to Çatalhöyük, considered a “zero point” of human history, including early agriculture and animal domestication. Lunch included. Afternoon visit to the Mevlana Museum, dedicated to the founder of the Whirling Dervishes. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Diomand 5★. (B, L, D)
05 Sep (Saturday) – KONYA → PAMUKKALE
Breakfast and departure toward Pamukkale. Stop in Beyşehir to visit the impressive Esrefoglu Mosque. Short detour to a Hittite water temple, a sacred spring active for over 4,000 years. Lunch included. Arrival in Pamukkale and visit to its famous white travertine terraces and the ancient city of Hierapolis, including its vast necropolis with more than 150,000 tombs.
